Dan is a collaborative practice between two individuals, working across illustration, painting, and the study and application of Eastern and Western mysticism. The project moves between image-making and metaphysical inquiry, held together by a shared focus on clarity, ritual, and quiet transformation.
The name 丹 (Dan) draws from classical Chinese cultivation traditions—emphasizing steady work, subtle change, and the refinement of inner states. This approach informs both our visual language and the esoteric services we offer.
